How do I book my transfer?

You may book your transfer either using our online booking system or by phone. Our competent personnel will be happy to advise you. You can get further support via our hotline.

What to do when the driver did not show up?

Our drivers are very reliable and punctual. Due to abnormal and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the drivers, we ask you to inform us by telephone. We will make every effort to promptly contact you and answer your request as soon as possible.

How do I find my driver?

The driver waits with a name plate in the arrival hall. If you will be picked-up from the hotel, the driver picks you up directly from the reception.

Do I need a credit card for processing a booking?

No, you can also pay cash or with creditcard to your driver before travelling.
